I am a Master Certified Life Coach who works with individuals, both in person and online, that are looking for some help setting and reaching their personal and professional goals.
I am an Eastern Washington native that relocated to Portland, Oregon with my two young daughters in early 2023 when I purchased this clinic during a very pivotal transition in my life. Prior to doing so, I worked in small business management and accounting for over 15 years, and co-owned a small business in Kennewick, Washington.
I obtained my Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Washington State University, my Peer Support Specialist Certification & Domestic Violence Advocacy Certification from the state of Oregon, and my Master Certified Life Coach certification from the ICF accredited Certified Life Coach Institute.
As owner of this clinic, my goal is to help all clinicians and clients at the clinic feel comfortable and supported while they work together towards the individual and relational counseling goals they have set together.
In addition to life coaching and running the clinic, I also advocate for victims of domestic violence on various platforms and work to help educate others on the intricate dynamics often at play in domestic violence relationships through presentations and public speaking engagements. Outside of my work here at the clinic, I also enjoy spending time with my kiddos, singing in my cover band, doing puzzles and escape rooms, playing pickleball, doing hot yoga, and exploring all of the amazing things Portland has to offer with my friends and family.
